By accessing or using Financial Data API’s website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to create an account or subscribe. Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly permit use by anyone under 13.
Accounts & API access
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API tokens.
- You must comply with applicable laws and exchange/data vendor terms when using market data.
- We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the pricing shown on our website. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in your plan terms.
